Writing
Just Once
(1999-01-01)
BtVS poem, Buffy's thoughts on Angel's soul-loss.If I Could Touch You
(1999-01-01)
Also based on BtVS, this one is from Angel's POV, when he was forced to leave Buffy *sniff, sob*... I rather like this one.
Forever You
(1999-01-01)
This one I'm really proud of. It's the main theme from The Days Still Left (not the fanfic version; an original story based very loosely on the fanfic).
Eternity
(1999-01-01)
A bit of poetry. Written late '99, I think. Nicely depressive - I wrote it when I was walking the dog and found a white feather.
Trust the Feeling (Team Excalibur's Theme)
(1999-01-01)
The theme song for my Team Pokémon team. I was trying to more or less go with the feel of the TV show's theme (NOT the new version, thank you very much).
When the Rains Came
(1999-01-01)
The main theme from WtrC. Mush over lost love (but the main character has every right to feel this way, trust me).
Leaving You
(1998-01-01)
Late '98, for a different friend whom I was also very interested in. But, if he's reading this, he should know I mean it.
Tears of Blood
(1998-01-01)
A sad song that a friend wrote absolutely beautiful music for. I would love to hear him perform it one day... *sigh*
The Song
(1998-01-01)
Sort of from my Slayers fic, The Days Still Left. Well, once I had written the fic, this song just seemed to fit. Written in '97 or '98.
The Prophecy of Ancients
(1998-01-01)
A prophecy featured in a series of books I was working on with my onetime best friend. I guess a proper linguist could pick it apart, but I was pretty pleased with ye olde Englysh. I reckon it could fool a layman, at least (though the content and structure is a whole 'nother story.
The Prophecy of Three
(1998-01-01)
A prophecy featured in one of my oldest story projects, Destiny's Gate. It never did sound mystic enough, but I liked some of it. Oddly, I can't remember what some of the verses refer to. Hrrm.
Here I Stand (Never Again)
(1998-01-01)
Song from an ooooold fantasy movie project of mine, Sunset. It was written quite a while later than the first. Would be the obligatory "Disney princess sings about what she has to do" scene.
The Artist
(1998-01-01)
Titanic-based, for a competition. I'd damn well like to see the entry that won, 'coz I was quite proud of this poem.
Down Tonight
(1998-01-01)
Another love song, if slightly less sickening. Written in about '96, modified in about '98.
My Star
(1997-01-01)
Two-parter, mushy love. Never did get to perform this one, which was a bit of a shame, 'coz it would have sounded okay, I think. Late '97.
Songs & Poetry
Songs and Poetry - most of it kind of old and awful, some of it actually pretty neat.
