Writing
A Night's Silence
(2013-01-09 ◊ City of Heroes, City of Villains)
Written after a prompt on Formspring - it's just a quick look at Honeytrap and some other Calibre folks over Christmas. I'm quite happy with it.
Adina Profile
(2010-01-31 ◊ The Legend of Zelda, Shadow of the Ages)
Adina, the titanic horse-woman who is Elon's inseparable bodyguard. One of the more fun characters I've played, and pretty popular with the club.
Leyla Profile
(2010-01-31 ◊ The Legend of Zelda, Shadow of the Ages)
Leyla, my slightly-too-adult-for-Zelda older-woman "intimancer".
Sendari Profile
(2010-01-31 ◊ The Legend of Zelda, Shadow of the Ages)
Sendari, my huge, thuggish half-Gerudo warrior/hunter/dork.
Nubira Profile
(2010-01-31 ◊ The Legend of Zelda, Shadow of the Ages)
Nubira, one of my two Gerudo villainesses and Princess Indira's right-hand hench.
To The City
(2007-09-23 ◊ City of Heroes)
A City of Heroes (very) short story about my character Backbeat and Talen's character Wayworn; Backbeat reflects on her relationship with Harlem, and does what she has to do. There's a lot of stuff in this fic that won't make sense unless you know the characters - it's just a scene from their story, as it were, and it's not supposed to serve as an introduction for either character - so please click on those links for wiki pages if you want to know them better ^^
Alcarin Profile
(2005-06-06 ◊ Furry Pirates)
My contribution to the Furry Pirates game setting - the Mother of Dreams, the Guardian of Dreamers, the Lady of Souls. This one is just a schpeel rather than a profile - for the truth of the matter, see Alisen's profile.
Alisen Profile
(2005-06-06 ◊ Furry Pirates)
My furry pirate, dingo/collie dog hybrid, feral fighter and captain-protector, Alisen.
Kakuhan Kei
(2005-06-06 ◊ CAPOW)
I don't know if CAPOW is still running, but I left when people decided that only one character should be allowed. It figures that I was playing a pair of utterly inseperable twins, right? Kei, the sister, is the larger of the two, Rin's steadfast protector and muscle.
The White Scorpion and the Emperor's Message
(2005-02-26 ◊ D&D, Cobrin'Seil)
Written for a D&D game Talen started to run in the Oriental Adventures setting, which didn't quite work our since nobody was any good at playing in it. Nonetheless, I quite like this piece of writing, though the narrative style is extremely odd, and probably clumsy in its attempt to mimic Japanese folklore.
Unfired Clay
(2001-12-22 ◊ Warcraft)
Hah! There is something here that isn't desperately old! This is a bit of background work for my BESM: Warcraft character, Kit, a creepy boy assassin. I'm proud of it, though a lot of the finer points are likely to go over the heads of people who don't know the setting, or more specific stuff from the game ^^; I'll add a footnotes section to explain it all at some stage...
Team Excalibur Post Archive III
(2001-11-06 ◊ Pokémon, Team Excalibur)
The third collected "volume" of posts from Team Excalibur, my team in the Pokémon play-by-e-mail RPG Team Pokémon. The credit here actually goes to multiple writers, of course, but I wound up doing the compilation because I was the team leader.
